To avoid any perceived conflict of interest, Premier Inspections, LLC does not perform any corrective or repair work on the homes that are inspected, nor will references to any repair work be provided to others. Typically, a home inspection is contracted right after the contract or purchase agreement has been signed. However, before you sign, be sure that there is an inspection clause in the contract that makes your purchase obligation contingent upon the findings of a professional home inspection. This clause should specify the terms to which both the buyer and seller are obligated. I provide to you, our customer, a comprehensive report. All reports are given to you within 24 hours after completion of the inspection. The report is an easy-to-read format. Sellers performing professional inspections before listing a home for sale will avoid many complications that often arise during buyer inspections.
